Mystic Girl – On The Road
I am planning a busy series of book launch-related events for my new book Mystic Girl. I hope I can catch up with you at one event so you can get your signed copy of Mystic Girl.
The first event is a promotional radio show Monday, March 7 at 7:40 in the morning for you early risers! Tune in to 1400 WILI a.m. in Eastern Connecticut. I will be on with host Wayne Norman and Judy Stoughton children’s librarian from Mansfield (CT) Public Library.
Saturday, March 12 from 2-4 is the Mystic Girl book launch event at Mansfield Library. I will offer selected readings, traditional storytelling of Norse Mythology. These will be followed by learning how to play Hnefatafl (Neff-a-taffle) a game akin to Viking chess. I will offer a make and take Hnefatafl board (one per family). Mystic Girl will be available (in paperback at the launch) hardcover will be available soon, and ebook will be available from Amazon. I will be available to sign copies.
March 19-20 from 10-4 162 Cannon Dr. Hebron/Amston, I will be taking part in Hebron Maple Festival, Hebron CT. Follow signs from the center of town to the Eeyore and Donkey Museum, I will be there at their open house with book copies of both How Far is Safe? and Mystic Girl.
March 26 9-3 I will be at the UCONN Horse Symposium in the Horsebarn Hill Arena. Stop by get your copy of Mystic Girl and watch some equine demos!
